- Before you discard
plastic gloves, make large rubber bands by cutting the top at 1/2 inch
intervals.
- Crumbs removal off your keyboard: Dirt and crumbs
always seem to sneak its way into your computer keyboard, doesn't it? And
you know when this happens it can cause keys to stick, and can be quite
annoying. Now you can clean it super fast by running a Post-It note, sticky
side down, between the rows of keys. Crumbs, lint, and other debris will
cling to it.
- Decorate empty tin
cans, and fill with pencils, pens, markers, scissors, etc: and place in each
room as needed.
- Defrag regularly.
- For computer shopping in Sydney and
UMART ENFIELD &
D & D COMPUTER great places to buy all computer related goods
in Australia.
- I use pencils all the time, and hate when I go use
the eraser...come to find out the eraser is hard and smudges everything on
my paper. Quick solution here: Take an emery board and rub lightly over the
eraser until all the dark colors are off. It will be as good as new and
ready to use.
- Keep your Virus scans up to date.
- Keep backing up all your data weekly.
- Make your own
postcards from heavy junk mail. Use the lighter pieces for notes.
- Un-seal an envelope - Put in the freezer for a
few hours, then slide a knife under the flap. The envelope can then be
resealed.
- Use sides of printer
paper, whether it is to run through the printer again, or other purposes.
- Use unwanted CD's as
coasters, hang as shiny decorations for festive occasions, or use them to
decorate the wall in your computer room.
